Permitted use

You may use Card Shark to process business cards you lawfully possess and to create contact records and archives for legitimate personal or business purposes.

Your responsibilities

• Obtain any permission required to process another person's information.
• Review extracted details before saving them.
• Keep your Google, Microsoft, and device accounts secure.
• Comply with privacy, marketing, anti-spam, and other applicable laws.

Prohibited use

Do not use Card Shark to process unlawfully obtained information, send spam, impersonate another person, violate privacy rights, disrupt the service, bypass usage controls, reverse engineer protected portions of the service, or introduce malicious material.

Third-party services

Card Shark relies on services supplied by Google, Microsoft, and its hosting provider. Your use of those services is also governed by their terms. Availability may be affected by their policies, outages, quotas, or changes.

Accuracy and availability

Automated extraction can make mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing every contact before approval. Card Shark is provided on an “as available” basis without a guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose.

Ownership

Card Shark, its software, branding, and original materials are owned by Three Rivers Solutions, LLC. You retain responsibility for and any rights you have in the photographs, notes, and contact information you submit.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Three Rivers Solutions, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of Card Shark. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.

Suspension and changes

Access may be limited or suspended to protect users, providers, or the service. These Terms may be updated as Card Shark evolves; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
